the date hereof
Before me Thomas A. Scott, Judge of the
Parish aforesaid and
Exofficio Notary Public in and for the
same, personally came
and appeared Charity Eades, widow of the
late Daniel Eads dec.
of the one part, and Penelope Watson
Daughter of the late
Daniel Eads dec. of the second part,
aided and asisted by her
husband Michael Watson, and the said
parties for the purpose
of efficting an amicable solution of the
Estate of the Late
Daniel Eads dec. & hereinafter
mentioned agrees as follows,

doth herein and
hereby freely and fully give, grant, and
relinquish to the
said Penelope Watson her heirs and
asigns, all the right, ____
interest and claim in and to the

Her name is given as "Prisilla"
in the last paragraph.
It was clearly written this way, either
the court clerk
made an error, or possibly her middle
name was "Prisilla",
she had an aunt by this name.
